Innovation Capability Assessment

Service Description

The innovation capability assessment is based on a study of innovation best practices. It is comprised of a questionnaire completed by employees and managers in the company. Participants can select between a quick scan only (24 questions), deep dive (69 questions) and full analysis (102 questions). The quality of the assessment improves the more participants complete the questionnaire. There is no additional cost involved for additional participants, or for opting for more questions Companies will receive a full analysis detailing their strength and weaknesses. On basis of these findings we will provide a list of recommendations for improving the innovation in the company.
